GoodWe Highlights Comprehensive Smart Energy Portfolio at SNEC 2026, Featuring AI-Driven Energy Management Innovations

GoodWe Highlights Comprehensive Smart Energy Portfolio at SNEC 2026, Featuring AI-Driven Energy Management Innovations-Latest News from GoodWe

GoodWe showcased its latest smart energy innovations at SNEC 2026, demonstrating how its expanding solution lineup integrates power generation, energy storage, intelligent loads and energy management into a unified platform designed to meet the evolving needs of energy prosumers. Particular attention was given to software innovation and AI-enabled energy management, highlighting how intelligent coordination across energy assets can improve efficiency, resilience and economic returns while contributing to the transition to a smarter energy future.

Powering Future of Energy Prosumers

During a strategy launch event held on June 4, GoodWe reaffirmed its commitment to building a fully integrated energy system that connects power generation, energy storage, smart loads and AI-driven energy management, marking a key milestone in its strategic evolution from an inverter manufacturer to a comprehensive energy solution provider.

“At GoodWe, our goal extends beyond delivering individual products,” said Yingge Wang, Vice President at GoodWe. “We are creating a comprehensive solution portfolio of solutions where generation, storage, consumption and intelligence work together seamlessly. Through innovation across hardware, software and digital energy management, we are helping customers unlock greater value from renewable energy.”

During the show, GoodWe also showcased a growing number of real-world deployments demonstrating its strategy across multiple sectors, including the homes, factories, communities, and cities. These also include GoodWe Guangde manufacturing site in China and virtual power plant projects across several cities.

4S System Sets New Standard for Residential Energy Storage

One of the key highlights at the exhibition was the ESA three-phase all-in-one energy storage solution, available from 5 kW to 30 kW with storage capacities ranging from 5 kWh to 108 kWh. Designed around four core principles—Silent, Smart, Secure and Simple—the ESA system addresses some of the most critical requirements in today's residential and light commercial energy markets.

The system operates at noise levels as low as 30 dB through a multi-layer noise reduction architecture, becoming the industry's first energy storage solution to receive low-noise certification from TÜV Rheinland. Through integration with GoodWe’s SMES+ platform and Home Energy Management System (HEMS), ESA uses AI-driven optimization to coordinate PV generation, EV charging, heat pumps and other household energy assets.

Safety remains a core design priority. ESA features a six-layer protection architecture and integrated aerosol fire suppression, providing comprehensive system protection. Installation and maintenance have also been significantly simplified through a cable-free battery design and quick-connect terminals, enabling installation times of as little as ten minutes.

Smarter, and More Complete Residential Energy Solution

GoodWe has expanded its product portfolio, including inverter and storage, Photovoltaic Building Materials like carports, EV chargers and heat pumps, combined with SEMS+ energy management, Virtual Power Plant (VPP) readiness and dynamic tariff optimization, addressing the key needs of the global residential solar market.

Their residential solution is also designed to tailor more application scenarios based on different market demands. The EO G2 3-6kW off-grid inverter paired with the Lynx A G4 battery delivers a reliable option for energy-independent applications, while the ES G3 3-6kW hybrid inverter enhances solar harvesting through 200% PV oversizing capability. The ET LV 5-20kW hybrid inverter offers a powerful three-phase low-voltage storage solution with high charging and discharging performance for households with demanding energy requirements.

The company also showcased its solution for balcony solar applications, featuring the ESA Athena S3 at its core. Designed to make energy storage more accessible, the flexible micro-storage system supports both hardwired and plug-and-play installation. Combining intelligent tariff-based charging and discharging with advanced safety features in a compact design, Athena S3 helps users maximize self-consumption while reducing energy costs.

Flexible Energy Storage for C&I Application

The company is offering solutions for a wide array of C&I solutions, from smaller backup to grid-forming and island operation. GoodWe presented both AC-coupled and DC-coupled C&I energy storage solutions supporting on-grid, off-grid, microgrid and generator-based applications. Featuring modular pre-installed battery designs, cell-level AI monitoring and comprehensive safety protection systems, these solutions are designed to accelerate deployment while enhancing operational efficiency, energy resilience and long-term project value.
