GoodWe Strengthens Privacy Information and Service Management by ISO Certifications

GoodWe announced that it received ISO/IEC 27701:2019 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications, strengthening the company's commitment to information security, data privacy, and service excellence.

The company had previously obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), a globally recognized standard that ensures data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. As a critical extension of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701 certification (Privacy Information Management System Certificate) provides a structured framework for managing and protecting personally identifiable information (PII) and supports compliance with global privacy regulations, including alignment with the EU's benchmark setting General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is the international standard for IT Service management Systems (ITSM), specifying requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving service management processes. The certification demonstrates GoodWe’s adherence to international best practices in IT service delivery, with a focus on standardization, service quality, and continuous improvement.

With these certifications, GoodWe further enhances its cybersecurity and data protection framework across systems, digital platforms, infrastructure, personnel, and third-party management, reinforcing its ability to deliver efficient, reliable, and high-quality services to customers worldwide.

The ISO/IEC 27701:2019 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications were previously obtained in 2025.
