GoodWe Shines at 2021 Korean Green Energy Expo with Latest Product Innovations


GoodWe, the world-leading PV inverter and energy storage solutions manufacturer, is showcasing the Company’s state-of-the-art PV and commercial and energy storage portfolio at the 2021 Korean Green Energy Expo from April 28-30, furthering its commitment to renewable energy and expanding its presence in the Korean solar market.

GoodWe’s commercial PV inverter solutions includes SMT, MT, HT series inverter covering 30/50/60/80/100/120/225kW. The full range of the portfolio received KS 8565 and KS 8567 certifications. Equipped with leading topology and an innovative inverter control technology GoodWe solar solution arecompatible with Bi-facial modules and enable optimal yields in complex terrains. They are also resilient to harsh conditions armed with an IP66 class protection. Thanks their high performance,1.5 MW of GoodWe inverters are expected to be installed in Korea in 2021 and 2.5GW in 2022.


HT Series225kW Three Phase 12 MPPT

The new HT 1500V Series (225kW) is GoodWe’s top inverter for utilization in solar utilities with an extensive list of features designed to reduce system and O&M costs. This inverter boasts 12 MPPTs, PLC communication and is compatible with bifacial modules. The HT-1500V Series features string level monitoring and incorporated I-V curve diagnosis for intelligent detection of voltage and current issues. It features internal humidity detection, optional PID repair function and AC terminal over-temperature protection. It can realize 24-hour monitoring and O&M during nighttime. The configuration of the HT 1500V can be easily done via Bluetooth and firmware diagnosis and upgrading can be operated remotely. These outstanding sets of features were conceived to ensure the lowest levelized cost of energy (LCOE).


BTC Series50kW | Three Phase | AC Retrofit | High Voltage

GoodWe BTC Series is a three-phase, AC retrofit inverter suitable for peak-shaving and can be connected with high-voltage batteries ranging from 200 to 865V. It follows a simple, Plug & Play modular design consisting of four sections (DC/DC, DC/AC, STS & EMS modules). It can switch to backup mode in less than 10ms and ensures continuous power supply for critical loads. It does not require perfect balance when operating in backup mode, allowing for each phase to supply power to the loads individually. The active, reactive power and power factor of this inverters is fully adjustable, which makes it suitable for application on micro-grids and ensures grid stability for the whole PV system. It offers 10% continuous AC overloading on backup side for maximum power output and remote shutdown function for system safety.
