GoodWe Powers One of Bangladesh's Largest Residential Energy Storage Projects

Developed in partnership with ACI Renewable Energy and GreenFinity, the system provides uninterrupted power in a region facing severe grid instability.

DHAKA, BANGLADESH — June 19, 2026 — GoodWe, a global provider of solar and energy storage solutions, in collaboration with its national distributor ACI Renewable Energy and EPC partner Greefinity, has successfully commissioned one of Bangladesh’s largest residential-commercial hybrid Energy Storage System (ESS) projects at the Bangladesh Environmental & Development Society in Jessore Sadar, Bangladesh.

The fully off-grid system provides reliable power to a resort-cum-villa development in an area where grid availability is often limited to just a few hours per day. Designed to replace costly diesel generation and address frequent power outages, the system operates on solar energy during the day and battery storage at night.

The project is powered by three ET LV Series hybrid inverters (20 kW), and ten BAT14.3 kWh) low-voltage batteries, delivering 60 kW of power capacity and 143 kWh of energy storage, designed for residential and light commercial solar-plus-storage applications. The ET LV Series offers seamless integration with low-voltage battery systems and supports a wide range of battery capacities. Its flexible design enables reliable energy storage performance while meeting diverse customer requirements.
