[Suzhou, China – May 15, 2026] – GoodWe has officially concluded GoodWeek 2026, its premier global webinar held annually. Under the theme "Connect. Store. Share.", this year’s summit marked a definitive shift in the industry, moving from individual solar components toward a fully integrated, AI-driven energy ecosystem that empowers more energy consumers to become active "Prosumers."
Record-Breaking Global Engagement
The series hosted 6 strategic sessions across five continents, collaborating with 17 leading global partners, including industry giants like Wood Mackenzie and IEEFA. The event attracted a record-breaking 6,100+ industry professionals, ranging from large-scale C&I developers to local residential installers, all seeking tailored intelligence for their specific regional challenges.
GoodWeek 2026 stood out by addressing the unique energy "battlefields" of each region:
Europe: Building All-Electric Homes Against Inflation.
Amid fluctuating energy prices, the European session focused on the "One-Stop Solution" to bypass fragmented systems. Experts showcased how integrating SunTile (BIPV), GoodHeat pumps, and the ESA All-in-One system can reduce household energy bills by an average of 30%, with some configurations slashing costs by up to 85% compared to traditional gas boiler systems.
Southeast Asia: 24/7 Reliable Energy for the C&I Backbone.
In regions like Myanmar, where grid electricity is often available for only 4–6 hours per day, the session demonstrated how integrated hybrid solutions can deliver stable and reliable power supply. One case study highlighted a local rice mill that reduced its energy costs by 57% and achieved full payback in just 2.3 years after adopting the solution.
Africa: Strengthening Resilience Through Localized Expertise.
GoodWe announced a historic strategic relocation, moving dozens of expert teams to work permanently on the ground across Africa. The session introduced the upgraded EO G2 off-grid inverter, specifically engineered to withstand the continent’s unique environmental challenges and provide 24/7 reliable energy access for remote communities.
Middle East: A Dual-Track Strategy for Independence.
The session distinguished between "Structured Transition Markets" like Saudi Arabia, focusing on peak shifting to meet Vision 2030 goals, and "Resilience-Focused Markets" like Iraq and Yemen, where solar-plus-storage is treated as essential infrastructure for basic service availability.
Brazil & Latin America: Transforming Storage into a Financial Asset. In Brazil, under the evolving Law 14,300, energy storage has shifted from a technical cost to a strategic financial asset. Discussion focused on how high-performance LFP technology enables energy arbitrage and remote self-generation, turning technical challenges into economic opportunities for prosumers
The Road Ahead
GoodWeek 2026 is more than an event; it's a declaration of our commitment to the global energy transition," stated GoodWe representatives during the Africa session. As the world enters the Prosumer Era, GoodWe remains dedicated to providing the integrated hardware and AI-intelligence needed to build a sustainable, decentralized energy future.
